This ‘Balcony Deck’ is supported from the 2 large 4.8m x 175mm x 175mm special top posts back to the wall of the house. 225mm x 44mm joists were used for the underframe, and decked with 125mm x 35mm deckboards. Handrail fitted around deck is made up with a heavy post 175mm x 175mm special top at corners, with 69mm x 57mm upper handrail, and baserail 69mm x 32mm with grooves in each to fit 41mm x 41mm x 900mm spindles. This garage is made from 150mm x 22mm shiplap sheeting on outside with timber studs 100mm x 44mm internally. The double doors are 2.7m wide and 2.4m high. The double doors are made from Larch T&G&V 150mm x 30mm. All fittings are galvanised. This garage is 6.0m long x 4.4m wide. Slate grey corrigated metal sheeting used on roof. Black gutters pvc, ridging, capping and flashings all supplied. All timber pressure treated with Osmoses Naturewood. ‘View our other products on our website link below’

100% Larch Timber, the vertical sheeting is 150mm x 30mm Larch T&G&V. Braced behind with 150mm x 44mm ledges and diagonal braces. All timber is bolted together with M8 timber bolts. Customer happy with gate for security purposes.
